Led by Dr. David P. Selzer and founded by Dr. Holly F. Lofton, our team of experts helps people lose weight by adopting lifestyles focused on proper nutrition, exercise, and healthy choices. We offer two medically supervised weight loss plans—a low-calorie regimen and the New You program—tailored to your health and long-term goals.

Physical Therapy Services

We offer physical therapy services through the Florida locations of �����Ƶ’s Rusk Rehabilitation, which has been ranked among the top 10 programs in the country for more than 25 years in U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Hospitals” rankings. Our physical therapists provide individualized treatment programs for rehabilitation of joint and musculoskeletal disorders and pain management. We treat injuries due to a fall or sports activity and many other conditions, including chronic pain, gait instability, osteoporosis, postsurgical concerns, and vascular deficits. Our goal is to restore functional movement, relieve pain, and increase independence and mobility.

Chronic Care Management Program

Our chronic care management program provides follow-up care for Medicare patients. Our nursing staff assists people who have chronic health conditions in managing their care, such as ensuring they understand how to take their medications and scheduling follow-up appointments.

Same-Day Appointments

Our doctors offer same-day appointments for nonemergency conditions, such as an infection. You can come in and see one of our doctors without an appointment Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
